The app is provided free of charge on an "as-is" basis. It is a personal-use utility for logging and weighing decisions; do not rely on it for legal, medical, or financial advice.
All decisions you create are stored on your device. We don't keep a copy. We don't sync. Settings → Export as CSV creates a backup at any time.
The Cloud AI feature is opt-in. When you enable it and tap ✨ on a text field, the text of that specific field is forwarded to a third-party large language model provider (configured by us as DeepSeek, Gemini, or Anthropic). Use at your own discretion; provider terms apply.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising out of your use of the app, including lost data, lost productivity, missed deadlines, or any consequential damages.
We may update these terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
